RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At BLOOM & BATHE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains your rights and how to return items.
1. Your Right to Change Your Mind
Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, for any reason.
To exercise this right:
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery
- Return items within 14 days of notifying us
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
You'll receive a full refund for the items. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.
2. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, missing, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos of the damage or fault (if applicable)
We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including original delivery costs.
3. Faulty Items After Use
If a manufacturing fault appears after you've used the product, please contact us within 30 days of discovering the issue. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you're entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for faulty goods.
This doesn't cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage
- Misuse or improper storage
4. Non-Delivery
If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us so we can investigate. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund.
5. Hygiene and Safety Exclusions
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Earrings
- Cosmetics and personal care products
- Sealed hygiene products that have been opened
This is in line with UK consumer protection regulations.
6. How to Return Items
To start a return:
- Contact us at email address]with your order number and reason for return
- We'll provide return instructions and, where applicable, a return address
- Pack items securely in original packaging
- Send items back within 14 days of notification
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method.
If you used a discount code, the refund will reflect the discounted price paid.
8. Natural Product Variations
Our products contain natural materials. Slight variations in colour, fragrance, or natural stone appearance are normal and not considered faults.
